He currently serves as the Head of Operations at the Creative Industries Initiative for Africa (CIIFA) Limited, where he plays a pivotal role in empowering the next generation of talent for Africa’s entertainment ecosystem.


With a passion for innovation at the intersection of music, marketing, and operations, Kini-Abasi leverages his expertise to design and implement strategies and programs that foster sustainable development within the African creative economy. His leadership has been instrumental in launching transformative programs and initiatives that equip creatives and professionals with the skills and

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Uyo, reflecting his diverse academic foundation and commitment to lifelong learning.
